Headquartered in Rochester, New York, WebTitle Agency has been in business since late 2005. Since its inception, WebTitle Agency has gathered the "best and the brightest" real estate and title professionals. Our team of 120 title professionals includes 3 attorneys, real estate paralegals and licensed title producers.

Our Growth has been fueled by our never ending commitment to offering specialized products and services, uniquely designed to service specialized segments of the real estate and legal communities, including foreclosure and default service providers in the default industry, tower owners, site management companies, and wireless service providers in the telecommunications industry.

  • The beginning of 2006, WebTitle Agency signed a service level agreement with First American National Default Solutions.
  • June of 2006 we relocated to the beautifully-restored Knowlton Building in the heart of Downtown Rochester's Cascade District.

  • July of 2008, WebTitle Agency signed a national agency license with Fidelity National Agency Solutions.


  • March of 2009, WebTitle Agency became a nationally licensed title insurance issuing agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company.
  • August of 2009, WebTitle Agency increased it's office space to include 8,000 square feet in the Knowlton Building, welcoming Rochester Mayor Robert Duffy, State Senator Joseph Robach, and various City and County officials for a Grand Opening / Expansion celebration with client partners, family and friends.
  • September of 2009, WebTitle Agency proudly welcomed Andy Licherdell and Larry Sweet, formerly with Colony Abstract, to the WebTitle Agency team.
  • October of 2009, WebTitle Agency was named for the first time to the Rochester Business Alliance's list of the Top 100 privately held Rochester area companies.


  • WebTitle Agency makes the Top 100 Businesses in Rochester for 2010 and 2011.
