WebTitle Agency is pleased to announce the addition of Lindsay Garland to our team

Lindsay will be cross-training in each of the REO Title Examination, Title Clearance and Search Coordination Departments. Lindsay has over five years experience in a variety of positions in the local real estate industry. Most recently in the Funding Department at Closing USA where her duties included mortgage payoffs, wiring funds, preparation of HUD documents and settlement. Prior to that she was a Residential Post Closing Coordinator at Phillips, Lytle. Lindsay also garnered experience at another local abstract company where she was a Customer Service Representative.
